Training Manager - Module Development - Manila Water Company, Inc.


Responsibilities

Designs and develops competency-based curriculum content on Core, Functional and Leadership Programs.
Provides input to Course Catalog to reflect new/revised program information.
Manages, create and maintain documentation for compliance for all programs. This includes program binders, curriculums, manuals, etc.
Work with MANILA WATER University Project Manager and Training Managers to manage all aspects of curriculum development projects; requirements and prioritization, develop testing, documentation, implementation and support.
Manages multiple program development projects simultaneously by prioritizing project deadlines. Tracks program development life cycles; ensures that any problems are addressed, escalated when needed, and resolved quickly.
Partners with the MANILA WATER University Project Manager and Training Managers to evaluate and update existing courses. This includes:

a. Develop and formalize a robust quality assurance review process of all existing and new training programs
b. Manage and conduct quality assurance reviews of programs
c. Establish a process to review and include feedback from end of course surveys, and trainee evaluations into the quality assurance and course maintenance processes.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Education/Teaching/Training, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Comprehensive knowledge of current instructional theories and principles applicable to both online and instructor-led learning programs
Development of creative and engaging training materials, in a variety of formats and media
Experienced creating instructional materials and able to produce learning materials to include facilitator/instructor and participant manuals
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
